1. Return Policy
All our products are made to order. Therefore, we accept returns only in cases of defects or damage during shipping. To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at care@manishacraftcreations.com or call us at +91 82908 51848 / +91 70739 21848 with images of the damage.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

2. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

• Approved Refunds: For approved returns, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and products that are not in their original condition are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Since each item is handcrafted upon order, we cannot accept cancellations once the crafting process has begun.

• How to Cancel: To cancel your order, email us at care@manishacraftcreations.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Refund on Cancellations: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges as our items are made to order. However, in case of a defect or damage, we may provide a replacement.

• Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed only for items received with defects or damage.
• Process: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and images of the defect or damage to initiate an exchange.
